Student-Teacher Collaborative Initiatives
Launch of the VSS Survey at SupOp
On Wednesday, February 15, 2023, you will receive an email in your student inbox with a personal link to complete this survey.
If you require any information or have not received the email, please contact sylvie.lebrun@institutoptique.fr.
To improve the collective experience at SupOptique, actions are being undertaken in collaboration between students and teachers.
The first step is to conduct surveys among engineering students.
Future actions will focus on communicating about the Institute's programs to various audiences (CPGE, associations, industrial partners, alumni).
Launch of Questionnaires
Approach
Two questionnaires were distributed to all engineering students in February/March 2022.
The goal of these questionnaires was to identify areas of improvement in our institution's operations to better accommodate individuals with disabilities and to ensure the protection of all from all forms of discrimination or violence.
The first questionnaire focused on sexism and sexual violence, while the second questionnaire addressed discrimination and the inclusion of diversity. Both questionnaires received a large number of responses. Thank you to everyone for your participation! The results were disseminated in a report to all students, staff, and management. Information sessions were also offered to students.
This year, we are launching a second survey on sexist and sexual violence at Supoptique. This survey will be distributed to all engineering students starting February 15, 2023. One of its goals is to evaluate the impact of the measures implemented following the results of the first questionnaire.
We encourage everyone to participate again; your opinion matters!
By Who?
These questionnaires have been constructed by teams that include faculty members and students.
The members of the 2023 team that constructed the questions and will analyze their responses are indicated below, in alphabetical order:

Analysis Of Results
The raw data from the questionnaire will be analyzed by a select committee.
The analysis of the responses will be the subject of a report written by the entire working group. This report will be distributed to all students and staff in the IOGS training sector. The report also aims to propose improvement measures and recommendations for management, staff, and students
