The Institut d’Optique aims to bring together in one single institution all activities related to photonics: research, higher education, training, innovation, business creation, consulting, and technology transfer.
The goals of the Institut d’Optique were defined by the creation of by-laws, which are still relevant today. The Institut's strength is due to the proximity of research, innovation and training missions; united in a virtuous circle.
